Apply to Arches
We are glad you have chosen Arches Academy and are excited to receive your application! Arches Academy has open enrollment year round, so your child can join us at any point during the year.
Our application is completed and submitted through TADS, our online student information system. Click the button and follow the steps below to start your application! You are welcome to contact us anytime if you have any questions or concerns.
1. Choose the school year for which you are applying.
2. Create a New Account (or sign in if you already have a TADS account)
3. Fill out the application for each student who is applying
4. You will receive an email verifying your application was received
5. If your application is accepted, you will receive notifications to fill out enrollment forms and set up your fee/tuition payments
AFTER YOU ARE ACCEPTED
Once accepted, you will receive an acceptance letter and Enrollment/Tuition contract by email.
Sign and return the completed Enrollment/Tuition contract* you receive. This signed contract and the $175.00 Enrollment Fee will reserve your child’s seat.
You will be emailed a link to TADS, an online payment system, where you will pay the enrollment fee and choose tuition payment options:
Pay tuition in full by June 30th.
Make 12 payments from June-May. This option requires the purchase of Tuition Insurance ($250.00/yr) and has a processing fee of $50.00/yr.
*Arches uses Continuous Enrollment just like colleges because over 85% of our students return each year! Enroll once and you're enrolled until your children graduate or until you let us know differently. We will communicate to all parents each year in January reminding them of the notification date to discontinue enrollment. Since most students continue enrollment, the majority of our parents can ignore the email and do nothing!
